How do I get started?
Sign up for a free account, generate your first QR code, and start tracking scans. No payment info required. Upgrade to Plus or Pro whenever you're ready.
Can I change my QR code URL after creating it?
Yes, with Plus or Pro tier. Edit the target URL anytime from the code detail page. Free tier QR codes are static.
What happens when I hit my scan quota?
New scans won't be counted until your quota resets on the first of next month. Upgrade to remove limits. Free tier gets 500 scans/month, Plus gets 10k, Pro is unlimited.
Is geolocation data accurate?
We use two methods: GPS (when a mobile user allows it) and IP geolocation (city/region level). Geolocation is available on Plus and Pro tiers only.
Can I use the API?
Yes. API access requires Plus or Pro tier. Generate an API key in settings. Plus tier gets 100 requests/minute, Pro gets 1000.
Can I export my scan data?
Currently you can view all scans in the scan history page. CSV export and webhooks are planned for future updates.
What if I don't use all my codes?
Your quota doesn't roll over. It resets monthly. Create codes for the current month, or upgrade to a higher tier for more capacity.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. No lock-in contracts. You'll drop back to Free tier and can still view your historical data.
